These General Conditions regulate the electronic purchases made through the website of X-presion.eu (hereinafter, the “Store”) and will be incorporated into your purchase contract (hereinafter, the “Contract”) by clicking on “Make Payment” button at the end of the Purchase Process, being obliged from that moment to fulfill the stipulated in them.
HairKaos SSL with registered office at C / Embajadores, 35 28012 (Madrid) and CIF B84611854, is registered in the Mercantile Registry of Madrid, Tomo 22.745, Folio 155, Sección B Hoja M-406990 Section of the Companies Book.
X-presion.eu can modify these General Purchase Conditions at any time. The modifications made will not affect, in any case, the purchases made prior to the approval of said modifications that will be governed in any case by the General Conditions in force at the time of making these other purchases. It is the responsibility of the client to know the General Purchase Conditions in force at the time of the start of the Purchase Process.
These General Conditions may be completed or modified by specific clauses or specific conditions of certain products, especially, as regards exclusion of rights of withdrawal, changes or refunds may refer. Carefully check the product information to know these particular conditions.
The electronic document in which the Contract is formalised will be archived by www.x-presion.eu, and can be consulted through our website after authentication with your username and password or the means established in each case. You can request this copy in paper format through the Customer Service means provided in these General Purchase Conditions.
2. Register as User
To facilitate electronic purchase and avoid asking customers for the same data every time they make a new purchase, it is necessary to register as a user of the Store. Said user registration can be made at any time through the “My Account” section or during the purchase process itself. At the end of the purchase process you will receive an email confirming that the process has been successfully completed.
Through “My Account” you can access your purchase history, view and edit your registration data, request a copy of the Return Form and other procedures and procedures related to your purchases.
The registration as a user of X-presion.eu is free and is not subject to any condition or counterpart. You can unsubscribe as a user at any time by sending an email to colectivo@X-presion.eu. The withdrawal as user will entail the cancellation of your personal data of the user as well as the impossibility of making online purchases in the future until you register again as a user.
3. Quality of electronic contracting services
X-presion.eu guarantees that the products that are marketed through the Store are of the same quality and benefits as those sold in the physical establishments of X-presion.
X-presion.eu has made its best efforts so that the representation of the image of the products in the Store is as faithful as possible to reality. Notwithstanding the above, some features, such as colors or texture, may not be correctly appreciated from the images or suffer variations depending on the conditions of your monitor.
The products published on X-presion.eu are accompanied by the following information:
– Name of the article
– Price (with taxes included)
– Information of colors and sizes
– Courses and specification of the content thereof
– Events and tickets with dates and descriptions
4. Term of validity of the offer:
Without prejudice to the provisions of the specific legislation, electronic offers or proposals for hiring will be valid during the period set by X-presion.eu or, failing that, during the time they remain accessible to the recipients.
5. Product availability:
On the web it will show if the products have stock to be able to proceed with the order, not being available for purchase the products without stock.
6. Purchase process:
The Purchase Process consists of the following procedures:
Product selection: Browse our page and click on the “Buy” button each time you want to add a product to the purchase. The shopping cart contains the name of the selected product, the reference, the color, the size, the quantity and the price in euros.
Start of the purchase process: to start the purchase process click on the “place order” button. In the event that you are not registered as a User or have not acceded as such, you will be asked to do so beforehand.
Verification of the purchase data: Before selecting the means of payment you can verify the data of your purchase and correct any error occurred in the data entry. Once you have verified your information, confirm your order.
Selection of the means of payment: Select the means of payment you prefer and press the “Make Payment” button. At that time, the system will redirect you to the payment system chosen where you must provide all the necessary data for this means of payment. This will be the only time you will be asked for this information.
When you provide all the necessary information and press the purchase confirmation button, the contract will be perfected for all purposes.
Purchase confirmation: Once we receive your acceptance, X-presion.eu will issue a screen confirmation that you can archive and that will contain the following information:
– Order number.
– Order date.
– Summary of the products included in the purchase.
In any case, before the following 24 hours, X-presion.eu will issue a confirmation of the purchase by email.
Throughout the purchase process, you can consult these General Purchase Conditions as well as know the final price of the selected products.
Once the purchase is confirmed, the customer can not modify or cancel the order outside the cases provided for in the law or in these General Conditions.
All the prices indicated on the website are referred to in euros and include VAT, except those that are destined for the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, which will include the corresponding taxes and departure fees in accordance with the regulations in force in each one of them.
The shipping costs will appear detailed at the end of the purchase process, once you have included the shipping address. These shipping costs will depend on the place of delivery and will be borne by the customer in full. The total shipping costs will be known in the payment phase of the Purchase Process.
In the orders with destination Canarias, Ceuta and Melilla, the total shipping costs referred to in the previous paragraph already include customs clearance of departure as well as taxes that may be imposed on the importation of products in those territories.
International orders may be subject to customs clearance charges that will always be borne by the customer.
Prior to the “Make Payment” phase, you will be able to know the full final price of your order, broken down, if applicable, the amount of the increases or discounts applied, as well as the transportation or other additional services.
8. Payment and security
You can pay for your orders placed on X-presion.eu with PayPal and the following credit or debit cards issued by financial institutions.
Security in the payment
Your payments in X-presion.eu are made in real time through a Virtual POS once it has been verified that the data provided is correct. X-presion.eu guarantees that you will treat with full security and confidentiality the data corresponding to the means of payment used. The data of the card used for the payment is transmitted in SSL encrypted form. This solution guarantees the secrecy of communication through a dialogue with encryption keys.
At X-presion we work to guarantee the protection of your privacy on the Internet and the security of your purchases and your data. X-presion.eu will treat your data at all times in an absolutely confidential manner and in accordance with the uses and purposes expressly provided for each case. Likewise, we inform you that online X-pressure has implemented the necessary technical and organisational measures that guarantee the security of your data and avoid its alteration, loss, treatment or unauthorised access, taking into account the state of the technology, the nature of the stored data and the risks to which they are exposed, all in compliance with the provisions of Title VIII of Royal Decree 1720/2007, of December 21, by which the LOPD is developed.
Please also take into account that the suppliers or issuers of the means of payment used may have adopted other anti-fraud measures not controlled by X-presion.eu and that involve the rejection of certain types of transactions. X-presion.eu does not control or is responsible for the damages that may result from the application of the policies approved by the different providers or issuers of paid media.
It is forbidden to use a means of payment owned by a third party except in the case that you have the express authorization of said third party, being responsible for proof of such authorization and assuming all damages that occur to X -presion.eu
X-presion.eu will send you the proof of purchase by e-mail along with your order. Invoices can be downloaded from the order area.
Orders will always be accompanied by an invoice. For this purpose, the customer must enter their ID or equivalent national document in the corresponding field during the purchase process.
Delivery occurs at the time you receive it at the address indicated for the shipment. In home delivery will be necessary for the recipient to sign the delivery note or document that justifies the delivery of the order. The signature of the delivery note does not imply compliance and only serves to prove that delivery has taken place. It does not therefore affect their contractual rights nor does it imply compliance with a product in poor condition. Without prejudice to your contractual and legal rights, we ask that in order to process any incident related to the shipment of the merchandise, we inform you in a period not exceeding 24 hours any incident related to the shipment, such as lack or loss of any of the products purchased, damaged product, open merchandise, etc. Keep in mind that the delivery note is necessary to deliver the product, so you must make sure that other people can receive the purchase on your behalf. X-presion.eu does not accept any responsibility for the reception made by another person in your name without the proper authorization when said reception is made correctly in the place of delivery indicated.
Home delivery will take place from Monday to Friday from 10am to 8pm. We do not deliver on Saturdays or Sundays.
The delivery, at home or in store, involves the transfer of risk and, consequently, that the deterioration of the products, loss or theft that may occur from that moment are not the responsibility of X-presion.eu.
X-presion.eu does not admit postal address addresses as valid home delivery addresses. In the event that the Contract includes an address of a post office box, the contract will not be valid nor will it obligate X-presion.eu to comply with it, which may notify, notwithstanding said circumstance, and roll back the charges made.
The delivery times are as follows:
– Home delivery:
To peninsular territories of Spain and the Balearic Islands: 2 to 7 days if available in stock (working days).
To the rest of the world between 3 and 30 working days depending on the country and type of shipment.
X-presion offers you the possibility of returning your purchases within a maximum period of 14 days from the date of delivery.
For returns of promotional items whose discount applies to a single item or promotions with a discount on the total of a purchase, the amount to be returned will be that which the customer paid for the item, which will appear on the purchase receipt and not the price that the article had without the promotion. In the event that you have used discount coupons for your purchase, please note that the value of the discount coupon used will not be refunded.
All amounts that had been previously charged by X-presion and that had to be returned to customers in accordance with the provisions of this clause, will be paid, as far as possible, through the same means of payment as I would have used it during the purchase.
The conditions established for the returns in this clause will be understood without prejudice to the imperative rights that the consumer has in accordance with current legislation. Consequently, when the return is made within the first 14 days from the moment of delivery, the provisions of articles 68 et seq. Of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers will prevail over what is established in this clause. Users approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16.
X-presion.eu reserves the right to refuse returns sent after the deadline.
No changes or refunds are allowed in our physical stores. To make returns by mail, we recommend following the following steps:
1.1-Contact our Customer Service department at email@example.com to obtain a return code.
1.2-Complete the Return Form that you received with your order indicating your order number and the references of the items you want to return. If you no longer have this document, you can request it through the Customer Service department, once it has been identified. For the purposes provided in the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16, this document shall be considered a withdrawal document.
1.3-Place the items to return in a box along with the Return Form that we send you.
X-presion reserves the right to refuse returns sent after the deadline.
X-presion.eu will not be responsible for returns that do not reach your store. The shipping costs of the items you wish to return, will be at your expense.
1.4- Send the return to the address:
1.5-X-presion will proceed to pay the corresponding amount in the same way they were paid.
2. Returns of defective products:
By mail: To return a defective item you must follow the following steps:
2.1-Contact immediately with our Customer Service Department to obtain a tare code. You must indicate the order number, the reference of the defective item and a description of the order by sending an email to shop@X-presion.eu.
2.2-Complete the Return Form that you received with your order indicating your order number and the references of the items you want to return. If you no longer have this document, you can request it through the Customer Service department, once it has been identified.
2.3-Place the defective item together with the Return Form in a box.
2.4-A messenger authorized by X-presion will look for the package by your address or address indicated to our customer service department.
2.5-Once received the article, X-presion.eu will proceed to examine carefully the returned product. In the event that the item is defective, we will proceed to change it. The change will be made as soon as possible and, in any case, within 7 days after the reception in X-presion.eu of the article. In the case of not having stock, the amount will be returned within 7 days.
The provisions of this clause for the return of defective products shall be without prejudice to the imperative rights that the consumer has to repair or replace the product, lower the price or terminate the contract in accordance with the provisions of Chapter II, Title V , Book II of the Consolidated Text of the General Law for the Defense of Consumers and Users approved by Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007 of November 16.
12. Force majeure or fortuitous event
X-presion.eu will not be responsible for the total noncompliance, defective fulfilment or delay in the fulfilment of any of the obligations to its position that had their cause in some case of force majeure or fortuitous event. The term obligations that may exist will be suspended in such cases during the entire period during which the situation of force majeure or fortuitous event continues, with the calculation being resumed once said circumstance of force majeure or fortuitous event disappears.

In accordance with the provisions of article 27.3 of Law 11/1998, of July 9, on the protection of consumers, we inform you that at the registered office of HairKaos SL there are complaint forms at your disposal. Additionally, in all our stores there are complaint forms on behalf of the company that owns the establishment.
Hair Kaos SSL will resolve the complaints addressed to it as soon as possible and, in any case, before the deadline of one month. In the event that said claim is not resolved satisfactorily, you can access the system of extrajudicial resolution of conflicts that is indicated in the previous point.
14. Integrity of the contract:
These General Purchase Conditions and any document that is expressly referenced in them (such as particular clauses or specific conditions established for certain products and properly accepted by you at the time of accepting the purchase of them), constitute the totality of the Contract, substituting any other agreements or agreements that the parties could have agreed orally or in writing prior to the conclusion of the Contract.
15. Applicable Law:
The Law applicable to the Contract will be the Spanish Law without prejudice to the cases in which the laws of other States could be applied in an imperative manner.
16. Right of withdrawal:
You have the right to withdraw from this contract within a period of 14 calendar days without any need for justification.
The withdrawal period will expire after 14 calendar days of the day that you or a third party indicated by you, other than the carrier, acquired the material possession of the goods.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, you must notify HairKaos SSL, C / Embajadores, 35 28012 (Madrid); 00 34 912 19 31 93, email@example.com. Insert your name, your full address and, if you have them, your telephone number, your fax number and your email address, your decision to withdraw from the contract through an unambiguous statement (for example, a letter sent by postal mail, fax or email). You can use the withdrawal form model below, although its use is not mandatory.
You also have the option to fill in and electronically send the Dismissal Form.pdf.
In order to comply with the withdrawal period, it is sufficient that the communication relating to the exercise by this party of this right be sent before the corresponding deadline expires.
The consumer will be responsible for assuming the costs of returning the product.
Consequences of the withdrawal:
In case of withdrawal, we will refund all payments received from you, including delivery costs (with the exception of the additional costs resulting from the choice of a different mode of delivery than the least expensive delivery method). ordinary that we offer) without any undue delay and, in any case, no later than 14 days from the date on which we are informed of your decision to withdraw from this contract, under penalty of incurring unjustified delay, with an imposition to return double the amount owed. The right of withdrawal shall not apply to contracts that refer to: a) The supply of goods made according to the specifications of the consumer and user or clearly personalised. b) The supply of goods that may deteriorate or expire quickly. c) The supply of sealed goods that are not suitable to be returned for reasons of health protection or hygiene and that have been unsealed after delivery. d) The supply of sealed audio or video recordings or of sealed computer programs that have been unsealed by the consumer and user after delivery.
17. Legal Guarantee:
In addition to your legal rights and the right of withdrawal of 14 days, customers in the European Union (except the United Kingdom) will have an after-sale warranty, two years from the date of delivery of the product, for the repair or replacement of products bought in X-pressure if they were defective or non-conforming with what was announced. You can request a refund or a reduction in the price of the product when the repair or replacement of the product has not taken place in a reasonable time or without major inconveniences for you.
